can anyone give me any info on W.M. Wain of Alfreton cant seem to find to much on the internet
trying to refurbish a grandfather clock

Hi, There is a trade directory listing for him on the website. We will see if we have any additional info to add. There are a few makers on the waiting list so it could take a few days, sorry.

Hi,
We did not find out much about him,but we have found we have uploaded to the website, it is basically some census info and a trade directory entry. He was working early 1800's. To view the full information, please go to the website and view the page there. There is a small subscription required (£2.50) to view the page to cover some of the costs of running the site.
