Inigo? Rogers of Bridgenorth (Bridgnorth)

Post by Mistyoptic » Sun Dec 23, 2018 8:27 pm

I have a 30 day clock from about 1780 with this name inside the case door as “clock and watchmakers “. The dial is named James Hinksman again of Bridgenorth/Bridgnorth.

Would be interesting to learn more about either name

The only maker in Bridgnorth with the name Rogers was John who worked as a watchmaker between 1789 and 1803. If you could send any photos it could help us with a date.
